November 2012 Compared With Previous Year
I am showing an image from November's analytics. September, October and December show similar results. I had started my implementations in June 2012.
I had implemented a SEO change that includes a weekly review. After several months I was able to achieve a 322.86% increase in traffic from Google, while decreasing our cost-per-click.
Some items that I employed in my optimization include micro-data that defines the product, improved XML sitemaps, fixed broken HTML tags and improved page layout.
My weekly routine includes reviewing analytics and web master tools from all major search engines and fixing issues reported by the tools. I also review keywords that are used in searches and I study the path the user takes during their shopping experience and fix any common stops.
